The objectives of RTCSS is to assess, coordinate and provide quality programs and services that meet the needs of the Rosedale community members. Through the direction and guidance of RTCSS and board, the community school coordinator and community volunteers will work to provide educational, recreational, and social opportunities for community members of all ages and abilities.
