Library Learning Commons Information and News!
ALL BOOKS ARE DUE BY JUNE 4TH! This is a week earlier than usual as, district-wide, we move to a new library software system.

Summer Reading? Yes, please. Our local public libraries have great summer reading programs, as well as fun items to sign out (robots, bird watching backpacks, and more). Through our school district, students can access eBooks and audiobooks all summer long through the SORA app:
SORA has instructions in various languages for families who are newer to Canada, as well as some titles in other languages - Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and more!
Teacher-Librarian Contact Info:
The best way to reach the teacher-librarian is by email: rtcs-library@sd33.bc.ca.

***This program will end on June 5th.***Access the LIBRARY CATALOG to explore books we have in our library here.
Students will use their student's SD33 login (a number they have been assigned) and their password. They can browse our book collection, find out what they have signed out and when it is due, and put books on hold.

Title options include five novels, one novel-in-verse, two graphic novels, and one non-fiction book. Thank you to our RTCS Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) for supporting this and many other initiatives in our school.
